sims 4 tiered stairs

I can't seem to have my sim go up the tiered staircase. She can go up when it's straight and there is nothing in the way. Anyone else having the same problem?

@Readerrosebud   There is a bug report on the configurated stairs. Please click the button Me Too, and describe your issue in the thread. Screen shots would be good too. There is someone testing the stairs, so if you want, upload your build to the gallery for it:
