sims 4 takes 16 hours for 15% to copy/install and crashed

I purchased sims 4 disc as you all know you need the * origin * to install the game, heaven knows why.... it took 16 hours to copy 15% then origin crashed. Immediately after it pop up and said origin needs to update... but I have been updating origin like 9 times already.... what can I do to actually get to the point to play the game or to get a refund
