sims 4 seasons error

Ive just downloaded sims 4 seasons and my game was fine until then now i cant load into gameplay and always suggested to restart sims 4

Mine is doing the same! It freezes on the loading screen when I try to select a family to play...

are you using custom content or mods in your game ?

a lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.

Try removing everything and see if it then loads.
