hi there, i downloaded sims and played it on my laptop ages ago. today I updated my origin and logged in and my sims was gone.. i tried to redeem my product key and it told me that it has already been used... i dont know how to fix it now.. please help!

@traceyannbeattie Did you make sure that you are logging in with the correct EA Account? The best way to check this is to try signing in to Origin with different email addresses you may have and see if the game shows up.

Okay, so my laptop crashed and for the time being ive been using my moms netbook. We finally got my pc to workby doing multiple factory resets but now everything is wiped clean. I don't have origin installed on my pc because I am not connected to the internet and mom won't give me the password. and i don't have it installed on the netbook because, since it's my moms, she is administrator and has the settings to where I can't install things without her password.
My thing is this: I have the disks for the sims 4 but I can't find my product key. I know origin shows the product key on their application but, as i said, i have no way of downloading it and probably wont anytime soon. How can I view the product key on origin through plain internet, if i can? Thanks.

@keshasbabygirl I am afraid there is no way for you to install the game with out internet connection as at least one time log in to Origin for activation/verification is required. Also the only way for you to see your product code is in Origin client after logging in
If you manage the get Origin and log in (while connected to internet), then you can install from discs, place Origin in Offline Mode and drop the internet connection.

Well dang. That sucks. Oh well, thank you for your help! Hopefully my mom will hook me up to the internet on my other computer when she's done with work. Have a nice day!
