I bought sims 4 redeemed my code and it worked for a month then it said I had the trail version. I put the discs back in and I just opened the trail version again. I can't find any information on the problem help please

If you already redeemed the code that came with the discs, then you'll need to get in touch with a game advisor for further help with this
