sims 4 on pc and mac

i downloaded first the sims 4 on my pc but now i want to play it on my mac and i don't know how because it isn't in my liberary and if i typ in the code it also doesn't work

@mijn_papa_hmm Unless you use Origin Access (Premiere) the game only needs redeeming once for PC and Mac and it should show on both platforms.

Are you sure you logged in with the correct account ?
