sims 4 not responding

i can play my game for a couple of minutes but then my screen goes back and it takes me back to my home screen on my laptop and tells me sims 4 is not responding windows will find a problem. i’ve tried lowering the quality but that hasn’t worked. i’ve tried updated it in origin and den hasn’t worked.

ah crape i was just so caught up in trying solution and my frustration is bad right now. guess i wasn’t looking. thankyou so much for moving my error to the right place i would have never noticed!

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
