sims 4 not downloading

a year or so ago I got sims 4 on a disk I downloaded it on my currant laptop with the same account I use now. lately I decided to go back on it and it wasn't there. but it says that sims 4 has already been downloaded

can someone please help me??

do you mean it's no longer on your account ? Are you sure you logged in with the correct account ? Did you use your email address and not user name to login ?
