sims 4 new laptop wont play?

it says i have to buy the game to play but i already have the game. used t hav it on a pc but now im using a new laptop and downloaded origins. im confused, im signed into my account, why wont it let me play the game? I redownloaded, what else is there? didnt want to have to buy a game thats 50-60 on origin TWICE if i didnt have to.

Does the game show in my Games on your laptop ?

You should be able to install it on your laptop as well

@GosomerBlack Are you logged in to the same Origin account that you used in the other pc? After you log in and go to My Games do you see the game icon? When you hover your mouse over the game icon it should say install. That will download and install the game. If you can't remember your old Origin account login and password you'll have to contact EA customer service to recover your credentials.
