sims 4 main menu is small and I cant click on anything

So I just added the newest update for the Sims 4. When I go to play it, the screen gets small and sits in the bottom left hand corner of my screen. I can't click on anything and the mouse cursor looks how it looks when you want to zoom in or out in the game.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
