sims 4 lost the serial code whilst transporting to my new house

Hi i am hoping you could help me. i have purchased the sims 4 limited edition but when i packed it away to move house i lost the serial code to be able to install the game on my origin acount is there any way to help this? Thank you

i'm very busy also my daughter wants me to talk to a EA helper but is there another way? my daughter is so sad as she as lost, it but i cant afford another one!

Did she register her game on her Origin account ? If she does not know her account data anymore, there's no other way than to contact a game advisor.

her other account we installed it on, and there was an update and we forgot her username.. so we made a new one and its says on her account 'play game outside origin' so we tryed to open sims 4 but asked for a code. we did not have a code when we installed it.. any other suggestions?

You need access to her account she redeemed the code on .. so only support can help.
