sims 4 lost house

I have the sims 4 and get to work pack and the bits that came along with it like hats and the music but cant find any of it, also when I came to replay the game my house had disappeared and everything except for my sims so they had no where to live so had to start again

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

You can attach the txt file to your post directly.

Also try right clicking on the game in Origin and hit repair game.
