Hello,

I recently got the game. So i bought some expansion packs. I got the sims game for free during the deal, it worked fine then i wanted the packs. So i got some and it will not let me play any of them. Every time i click the game or pack it says "Can not connect please try again." then it says i am offline. So i check origin and it says i am online. Please help me fix this problem!!

Move your mods folder to the desktop delete localthumbcache. package file in the game folder

fix the game in Origin

Origin/Library - right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"

and try without mods.

If the cause is outdated mod or CC  it will fix it.

However, there are also two different things. The first is whether your computer is able to play with all the packs.
The game requirements for the base game are not very high, but this changes with each added pack.

Look here

However, to know how it looks exactly in your case, a dxdiag of your computer is needed.
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

Another thing is the incorrect operation of Origin.
Uninstall Origin and install it again

I don't work for EA
