sims 4 insufficient memory

Hi I attached my DxDiag. My Sims isn't working, I keep getting a message that it's because of my storage please help. Thank you!

@mahawabrown  Does this happen if you try to play right after restarting your computer and without opening any other programs?  Please also try putting the EA App in offine mode before launching Sims 4.

If this doesn't help, restart your computer again, open the Task Manager (but nothing else), and let me know how much memory is being used.  The value will show up across the top of the window.

Your computer doesn't have a lot of memory, as in RAM, which is separate from storage.  And that may be the issue here, but if so, we can try to limit how much RAM the system is using outside of Sims 4.

@mahawabrown You need to go to HP support and download the chipset driver. While 4Gb memory is minimum spec for this game, the recommended spec is 8Gb. Without the chipset drivers the game is not getting all the info it needs and that may solve your issue.
