I signed into my Origin to play Sims 4 on my boyfriend's PC. There was an update, so installed and started game. But, a box popped up stating incomplete game data. So, I exited without saving went back to "repair". Unfortunately, still having the same problem (and I did this twice). 
@rosegold77 Are you using any mods/cc in your game at all ? If so, have you tried without them ?
