sims 4 game won't work

My daughter got this game for Christmas. She installed it a couple of days later and has been able to play with no problems. Today she tried to play and it won't work. She can't get the game to play at all. She tried to enter the activation code again and it said that it had already been entered and was not valid anymore.  We can't install the game or anything . please help!  She loves the game and wants to play and can't .  

What can we do to get the game to work??

You only need to install the game one time, after that you can find it in your Orgin or on your computer.
Have a look around, if you did not uninstall it, it still is somewhere.
