sims 4 family relationships?

i don't have any mods, cc, etc

using digital version of ts4 limited edition, windows 8.1, x64

the main character i use in ts4 has four kids, after changing their clothes x hair in cas the mother showed up as a sister to her kids? it's not game-breaking or anything just kind of frustrating. after i saw this i went in to cas.fulleditmode but i still cant change their relationship tho i can change everyone elses?

Same problem. I first noticed it when my sim started flirting with her father. Talk about awkward! 0_o

Also have this problem. Super annoying because I had a whole story going and if they're not my sim's kids, then the proper interactions aren't avilable and this ruins my whole game.

im really annoyed!!! ive seen quite a few ppl with this problem but there's no solution!! all the relationship stuff is greyed out for the specific sims relationship stuff in fulleditmode and it's just ugh!!!
