sims 4 downloaded and played twice but now it won't launch

I have played the game twice since I purchased it and now it won't launch at all. I've tried online to launch and offline but nothing. The game worked until now. Any suggestions?

Do you get any error messages ? Did you add anything to your game ? Where does it fail ? On the loading screen or before ?
