when i open sims 4 it gets to the sims 4 plumbob sign the freezes and tells me its not responding and to close the game. Help!

Do you have any mods or custom content (CC) in your game? Could you test without?

 

If not, could you post a DxDiag? This gives us a bit more information into your system and what is going on.

Give updating your graphics card drivers a try:

Also make sure you run on the GeForce card instead of the Intel card:

@IsobelsMummy  The biggest problem I see is 128Gb SSD device is not big enough for the casual Windows user. The Windows operating system bloats - that is what is does. 31.3Gb of free space is not enough free space. Your page file seems small but the is space on the 128Gb SSD while you have little free space.
