sims 4 crash

i am able to create a sim and choose a house for them to live in but as soon as it begins to load u my game will crash what should i do??

@missychelsea14 Is there any error message? I notice that you reported an issue previously, what steps did you take to resolve them? Perhaps the issues are related?

i have downloaded and reinstalled the game again and the lot issue is resolved i think but i am not able to see because i havent been able to even see the lot that i hav brought asa a sim. it doesnt reach that point before it crashes. have you any idea what may be the problem?
