What happens when the bug occurs? a "not responding" link comes up
What do you expect to see? it working
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

i recently downloaded the pack "city living" for sims 4 and since then i haven't been able to actually play the game in live mode. when i go to start it crashes and a tab comes up saying "sims not responding" and i'll have to close the program.

i tried un-installing, deleting all my custom content and it still doesn't work.
