sims 4 cc not showing while in game

I haven't played the sims 4 in a while now and I went to get some cc and it didn't show up when I went to check for it on the game. I got winrar after that and also win zip but it didn't work still. I tried several things I've seen online and it still hasn't worked. I have my Mods enabled and my script mods disabled. If anyone could please help me I would really appreciate it!

@xxjennaw  Please open your Mods folder in a File Explorer window, and take a screenshot of it, with the file path showing above the list of files as well.
