I have brought the sims 4 cats and dogs expansion pack but once on the game trying to create a new sim ie - PET, there is no icon to click on to allow that. And in my origin it doesn't say 'play' on the expansion pack. it just says 'details'. Can somebody please help meeeeee

@Samdodwell99 Please try right-clicking on the game in Origin and hit repair game.
