sims 4 cas sim wont load

Anytime i open my sims 4 cas screen the sim itself and the tabs wont open. It will show the background, name and choose the traits but that is all.I dp not have any mods in my folder. Im all out of ideas.

Go to the Origin/My games library - right-click on cover the TS4 - option:
Repair
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
If it will not work try doing a factory reset as is described here:
