So I tried to re-install the Sims 3 on my Mac (I previously had a HP laptop which broke) and some of the packs I have bought have gone missing and I don't have the discs / code anymore e.g It says that I have Seasons purchased (which I have) but It says that I haven't purchased University Life (which I had previously purchased/installed) is there any way to redeem these codes without actually having them? For university I have a badge on the exchange to prove I had it I just don't have the disc or code!

@Whittaker1448  Sorry for the late reply; I don't frequent the Origin forum and only saw your thread just now.

If you can still access your old laptop, or recover its data, you may be able to find the codes in its registry.  Here's how:

Then you can register those codes in either Origin or the Sims 3 store, and the packs should be added to your Origin account.  If they've already been used, is it possible you added them to a different account?  You could contact EA customer service to ask that someone look into what happened to your code(s).
