Hello I bought the sims 3 island thingy about 3 years ago and I have a new laptop and when I try to play it it wont and I bought almost all of the sims 3 and now I don't have any of them what can I do.

@annabellecheer  Do you have your game in Origin? Since 2012 the DRM for The Sims 3 is Origin. If you base game is not in Origin you need to redeem the base game code in Origin. If you installed by disc you need to download and run the version 1.67 manual super patch. Origin will then see the game and patch to version 1.69. If the packs are not in Origin already you will have to redeem the packs codes so you can download the packs through Origin.
