@KaseyTrue  Do you have a VPN running?  If so, try disabling it.

im having the same exact issue except my store content is in my downloads folder and its also in my launcher. it downloads just fine but then when i open my game, it isnt there. im trying to download worlds and a bunch of other stuff. 

so how exactly did u fix the vpn issue? i need a step by step answer please and thank you.

@Kayeeeeeee  It sounds like you're not having exactly the same problem.  If your store content is in the Downloads folder, it's probably downloaded properly.

Is your missing store content listed in the launcher's Installed Content tab?  Let me know either way.
