sims 3 unable to start game service initialization

hey guys, im really desperate right now. i downloaded some cc ytd and i could start my game but it ended up crashing all the time. then i tried the DEP method and after doing that, whenever i try to start my game, it always says 'unable to start game service initialization 0x02..... ive tried everything like clearing cache files but nothing works. i also noticed that the file 'scriptcache' doesnt appear anymore like it used to. please help i rlly wish to play my game and this is so frustrating
