sims 3 stuff pack missing

Hi, Most of my sims 3 stuff packs are missing. They show up as installed in the Origin Launcher but in the sims 3 game launcher (and in the game) they are missing.

All games, expansions and stuff packs are Origin downloads and have been played for years.

Please direct me in how to get them back, 

looking forward to playing again, thank you in anticipation.

From various sellers including amazon. Do you think the numbers may have been in some way counterfeit?

@catwylira  Amazon would is an authorized reseller. The proper way to resolve this issue is to contact the seller you bought it from. Some Ebay sellers refund the purchase or fix the situation. If you are unsure you can contact EA customer service and they should be able to tell you if the codes were good - link - EA customer service  I have bought many EA games from Amazon and have not had an issue. If the seller won't/can't help you think about filing a complaint with the card issuer (bank). Usually most shady seller won't answer and yoou might get a credit.
