Hey,
I just downloaded an item from the sims 3 store-daily deal: the all-in compilation (42%off, so for 1972 sim points in stead of 3400), but double the amount of sim points went off my account (I had 8688 sim points and now I only have 4744, though I only bought that set at the amount of 1972 sim points). How can I fix this problem?

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
