sims 3 showtime [ Edited ]

So I don't know when this started but for some reason the sims 3 showtime is not showing up in my launcher or in my game despite origin saying that it is unlocked and installed. I did an uninstall and reinstall of the entire game and it does say it downloaded and the game files for it are there but it doesn't show still. I uninstalled the game and origin both and reinstalled them. I removed my sism 3 folder and let a new one generate and still nothing.

I'm using windows 10 64 bit.

Repair the game afterwards: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair,

If that doesn't help, try uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If that doesn't help either, it's possible your pack has been blocked or deactivated; this is exactly what you'd see with a blocked pack.  The only way to find out if this is what's happeend to you is to contact EA customer support and ask someone to look into the status of Showtime, not just whether it's still on your account but whether it's active.
