sims 3 purchased expansion wont show in my library or download

Hey i bought the dragon valley gold edition expansion through the origin store and it didn't initiate download or show up in my library, i know my downloads are working because i bought and downloaded the supernatrual expansion a few minutes prior to getting the dragon valley one. If i cant get the expansion at all i'll feel kinda cheated because it was 45 bucks man...

@S1lv3erF0xx  Dragon Valley is a world, not an expansion or stuff pack, and needs to be downloaded from the Sims 3 store site.  You should have received a 16-character code along with your purchase (check your email for the order confirmation); I believe you need to manually register this on the store site.  Sign in with the same account credentials you use for Origin, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Redeem a Code, under My Account, to add the DV code to your account.  Then you can click on Store > My Store Account > Purchase History to see your owned content.

also just to add yes its in my purchase history, but for the orgin client its not in my library
