sims 3 on origin

I own a disc of the sims 3 which I have owned for many years. Recently I have find it again. I tried to install it and entered my serial number into origin but the message came up that I had already used this code. Because I have owned it for so long I cannot remember my previous origin or ea account that the game is running on so I desperately need a new serial number. If someone could get back to me quickly id be very appreciative.

@Frodieboy Once the code is used that code is locked to the account that was in use at that time. You need to contact EA customer service recover that account. Link to customer service - EA customer service
