sims 3 not registering for exchange

i bought sims 3 base pack from origin but everytime i try to use the exchange it asks me to register sims 3 again please help

@blueoctoberlover  Please login to www.thesims3.com with the same username and email address you use for Origin, then see whether you can download from the Exchange.  If you're still asked to register a copy of Sims 3, clear your browser cache and try again.
