sims 3 isn't in my library

So I bought the sims 3 game a while ago and it was in my origin library, I had an issue with my pc so I had to reset it. My sims 4 game is on my library with all the packs I bought but I can't seem to find my sims 3. Plus I bought sims 3 off . Can someone help me?!

@Faraahh0  Please make sure that you're using the same Origin account as you did when you bought Sims 3, and that you don't have any filters enabled in your game library.  (You can dismiss them via the filter settings in the upper right corner of the game library screen.)  If neither of these is the issue, then you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your game.
