sims 3 is too bright

a few weeks ago I noticed that my sims 3 graphic is too bright ( when it's on a full screen) I've had this sometimes but I minimized my game and then I clicked back onto the game and was fine (it was darker) but now when I minimized the game and I clicked back to the game and is still bright, I've checked my PC settings and everything is ok same as in game settings, I've tried to reinstall game but is still too bright. My sims 4 game is ok but Sims 3 is too bright.
