sims 3 expansion packs not playable

I have bought many Sims 3 expansion packs that show up on the Origin site as being unlocked and installed but they're not shown in the launcher.  I'd gladly pay for them again if I bought them on ebay or something and EA is mad at me. It's been so long, I don't remember where I got what pack. I've been asking about this for a couple of YEARS, now.  I wish someone would answer me.

I'll be 70 years old soon.  Maybe let me play them as a birthday present???

@UntotheLord are the checked as active in the launcher? Did you install the items in download in the launcher? Did these packs ever work?

They don't show up in the launcher, only in Origin. 

They are not available to download in the launcher. 

I was able to play them when i first got them. 

In fact, I was just able to play Generations a few weeks ago, but now it's not shown in the launcher any more.
