sims 3 create a world brings up error message when it starts

hello I have the sims 3 instaled on my windows 10 pc but then when i open the create a world it says sims 3 create a world beta has crashed idk how this happend please can someonehelp?

@abcRQQNbSgKM5h  How did you install Sims 3—Origin, Steam, or disc—and which version of CAW did you install?  If there's anything else in the error message you get aside from what you wrote, e.g. an error code or more text, please post a screenshot of the error.
