sims 3 can not make werewolves, witches nor fairies

sims 3  I can not make werewolves, witches nor fairies there are vampires present in the game, though I still cannot make them. What's going on? I just want to make some darn fairies and witches! ty!

@beccapelabe Werewolves are present in the Late Night pack although you can not make them. Witches and fairies are in the Supernatural pack. If you have the Super pack then you should be able to make witches and fairies in the create a household or by drinking the Bottled Witches Brew available at the Alchemy store at times. As far as I know the werewolfs came with Supernatural.....and with Late Night the vampires...am I wrong? I have never played with a werewolf but I read on several sites that you should be able to make one in CAS!
