i also purchased barnacle bay but haven not received the download, doesnt show up on the billing or the history page, but says ive bought it on the origin page

@kitten165 How long has it been since you bought it? BB is a store item and the Sims 3 store is on a whole different site and may take some time to fully transfer the data from one system to another. I think the web masters have been working on thesims3.com store.
