If you are absolutly positive that you didn't mix up some characters (2 and Z and O and 0 look similar), you need to contact Customer Support.
They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
