sims 3 adventure won't install

will somebody help me bacuase everytime i try to install sims 3 world adventure, supernatural, showtime or pets it says that i have to check if my installation is done or if all my programs i are closed

@kadykabba  Are you installing from disc? Is your core game in Origin? Is your computer a pc or mac?
