@sims21993  There has never been any announcement about a 64-bit version of Sims 3 for Windows.  If you'd like to troubleshoot the lag you're seeing, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@sims21993Hello and I'm a technically smart person and I would like to say there are unofficial ways of making this game use more than 2 GB ram, the best one is the 4GB patch, it can be found here: [Link removed, please don't include untrusted links in a post]

There is also no reason to use a patch for TS3, the game has been LAA for several years.
