sims 3 will not play on my pc for several months now ever since I updated windows to 10. it will let me start the game but with in about 15 minutes the game crashes. ive unistalled and reinstalled the games but didn't fix the problem

Maybe it is a problem with your custom content try to delete the aditional content and start again.
