sim won't go to work

Hi, my sim is a doctor and sometimes i don't want to go to work with her so i just let her go by herself, but when i do this it send her off, but she still stays home. The work day never ends and i never get paid. I can still let her interact with other people and go different places, but it says she's at work. I may have some bad cc, so is there any cc that conflicts with the get to work pack. Can anyone help?
