sim not moving

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ?
What happens when the bug occurs? I just bought the Sims 4 yesterday and all of a sudden my sim just won't move. Time is going on, all the others in the household have no issues, but my sim just stands there ignoring my commands. They will appear in the list but she never does anything. I'm watching time go on and her needs are getting worse but I have no idea what to do. I noticed something similar earlier where she would just ignore commands to feed one particular child, all others she had no problem with.
What do you expect to see? She should be moving or listening to commands or even doing her own.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I didn't download any mods or cc but I did you the motherlode cheat at one point if that makes a difference. I didn't notice anything strange happening around the time that I used the cheat though.

You can also try the cheat testingcheats true and then shift-click on the Sim and do reset there

If that still doesn't help, move the Sim out and back in

Try typing “resetsim [firstname] [lastname]” in the cheat box to reset the sim and clear any stuck commands.

Hey guys, 

I have never posted anything here but I'm doing this out of desperation... My sims still won't move 

I have tried literally everything 

1. resetting through MC command center+testing cheats+resetSim...

2. Moving them out and back in 

3. Taking out the entire saved game in my documents and starting over

Much like the previous person, my game was working fine until a few days ago, and now it does this... I can still queue them up to do things but they'll just stand there and not move. Sometimes they don't do any animations, then I'll reset and they smile for hours but still won't do the task 

Nothing has changed since I got the problem, again I took out my version of the game (in electronic arts) and began playing but the problem still persists. 

Is there any other way I can solve this problem? or is it just an issue with my computer?

Please Help!!

@Safifi69 Are you using other mods/cc then MCCC ? Did you test without that as well or just removed your saves ?
