sim 3 telling me this code have already been used

i havent play sim 3 in a long time. but now i want to but when i used the code it said "this code have already been used" this is my acc and am the only person who used this pc no one know the code but me

Did you already register the code ? If so, you don't have to do it again.

Do you have the disc or download version ?

i already  register the code once now when i try to play it ask me that and on origin on my acc i check "my game" and the sim 3 dont show up
