How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The sims4 Origin Digital Deluxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is not something to do for the game to bug. I play for a certain time and at any moment it just shut down like I would have exit the game but nothing is saved.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game close and I loose everything I have done after my last saving. Like my Sims was pregnant and gave birth, but it shut down and when open it again she still pregnant with no child because I lost the progress made.
What do you expect to see? No shut down, so I don't loose my progress and can play as long as I want
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I really like to play, but when it lag I lose my progress and I just lose any interest in playing if I cannot advance in the game...
