screen black

Two days ago my friend lent his origin account to download Demo TS4 CAS, but everytime I try to play it don't work. The game opens and I can see TS4 CAS trailer and after this I see a screen black with llama face appears under cursor whenever i right click. How can I repair this?

There's no solution to the llama issue at this point.

EA is looking into it.
