saving sim

When i Create sim in [Sims 4 TM Demo] i dont know how i gonna save it and contuine on map to choose plot for house and other

Please help i really want to play this game

if you only have the demo you cannot move sims into a house the demo is just making/sharing/saving sim IF you upload your sim in the demo when you have the full game you can then access those sims to move into a house

 for  when you get the full game how to find your sims to download and play with in your game
